In-depth Due Diligence

Hendale Capital determines whether the proposed investment is a suitable portfolio investment by conducting due diligence including but not limited to (i) review potential return and risks of loss (ii) the legal merits of the underlying investment

Definitive Deal Documentation

Hendale Capital prepares and negotiates a customized agreement for the proposed investment

Closing

Hendale Capital begins to fund the investment

Collaboration

Hendale Capital monitors the investment and remains in communication with, and will have the right to receive regular reports from, the claim owner and its legal counsel. Underwriting and evaluation continues periodically throughout the life of the investment, and the decision may be made to increase or discontinue funding.

Exit

Hendale Capital holds investments anywhere from 6 months to 5 years, depending on the opportunities that present themselves in the marketplace
